I love the mirror, I love the floor,

I love the light, coming from the window,

I love the shoes, I love the steps,

I love the impulse, pulsing with the rhythm.

 

Sitting silently in the gymnastics room,

Looking at them turning and turning,

Feeling the impulse of stretching and holding,

I think, THAT IS MY LIFE.

 

If God opens that door for me, I would die for it.

Just to be a teacher is on the top of the world.
